Epic mountain trail run this morning. Reached over 1000m!!

Spent afternoon in Saint Enime.  Gorgeous little medieval town down the Tarn gorge. Really pretty.

Just arrived at the Flower site at Florac.  It’s so hot!!  Absolutely melting.  Site is okay. First impressions is it’s not as nice as the last two, but it’s early days. Going out for pizza tonight, restaurant on site.

Spent the weekend doing the Lakesman h Tri (5hr36) Weather was surprising good and we had a great weekend. Even managed to eat in the Dog and gun. Which was average. Travelled to Boot on Monday. Tuesday was a glorious day and we hiked Harter Fell coming back by Hardnott Pass and the Roman fort. Ate in the Woolpack last night. Tatty pot was excellent. This morning I ran Illgill Head / Whin Rigg. About 11 miles. Weather has been crap and we have sat around most of the day apart from a stroll through Howes wood.  Going to Boot Inn tonight.

8th October 2023 - Dubrovnik

Great few days in Dubrovnik. Staying at the Rixos hotel which is excellent.  Had a few day’s exploring the old town.  Eating great (if expensive) food and relaxing. Rented a sea kayak yesterday which was fun. Last holiday of the year!
